Glass Care

Handle your glass jewelry gently to avoid chips or breaks, as even durable boro glass can be susceptible to impact.

Store your glass pieces in a soft pouch or padded box to protect them from scratches and prevent them from clinking against other jewelry.

Clean your glass jewelry with clean water or specialized glass cleaner. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe gently, and avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.

Keep your pieces away from direct sunlight and extreme heat, as sudden temperature changes can cause thermal shock and damage the glass.

Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, including perfumes and cleaning products, which can cloud or damage the glass.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order is already in transit, you’ll be responsible for returning it to us once it arrives.

 

Repair

For a first-time breakage, repair services may be provided subject to assessment, with a subsidized fee applied. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
